The sand treatment system of the imported DISA line is equipped with a plurality of temperature and humidity measurement monitoring points to monitor the sand in real time. At the same time, it is equipped with an on-line sand detector. After each batch of sand is mixed, it is tested first, and the qualified unloading is detected. The unqualified detection is automatically fed and mixed to ensure that each batch is qualified and the quality of the molding sand is stable and uniform, thus ensuring the stable quality of the casting.
